You retain rights to your content while granting Alumate necessary usage rights for platform operation. You agree not to share copyrighted material without permission or post content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

5. Account Termination

Either party may end a mentoring connection at any time. Alumate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alumate provides a platform for connecting mentors and prospects. We are not liable for the quality of mentoring relationships, outcomes of advice given, or actions taken based on information shared on the platform.

7. Dispute Resolution

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably. Alumate may provide mediation support but is not responsible for resolving conflicts between users.
